Roy Neil Lyons Sr.

Roy “Buck” Neil Lyons Sr. passed away on March 8, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at the Lacombe Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents, Sandra N. Lyons and Richard E. Lyons, Sr. as well as his brother, Richard E. Lyons, Jr. He was survived by his companion of eight years, Elizabeth L. Naputi, his daughters, Angel Lyons and Breanna Lyons, sons, Roy Neil Lyons, Jr., Haiden Lehmann, sisters, Rhonda Lyons Wale, Robin Lyons Doussan, Rachel Lyons White, brothers, Randall E. Lyons, and Ross E. Lyons, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Roy was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He loved fishing, crawfishing and crabbing in his spare time. He belonged to the Painters Union. Roy was a very generous loving man and will be missed by all.

There will be Memorial Service at 11:00 am, on March 29, 2024, in the Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel for the immediate family only. Private interment will follow in Cypress Grove Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.greenwoodfh.com.
