Karla Bartlett Fricke

Karla Bartlett Fricke passed away on November 9, 2022. She was 55 years old, born October 18, 1967 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Beloved wife to Brien J. Fricke, Sr., Karla is survived by her children Brien Joseph Fricke, Jr. (Bailey), and Christopher Ross Fricke. Karla was a kind, beautiful soul who always thought of others, and her joy in life was her family. Karla’s talents and interests were many. She was a music and arts enthusiast, travel aficionado, and above all loved being a wife and mother. Karla had a giving heart, and loved helping her patients at the dental practices at which she worked. She also enjoyed antiquing with her husband Brien, and exploring new towns and cities together.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5200 Canal Boulevard on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
