John Benjamin Regan Jr.

It is with profound sadness that the family of John “JR” Benjamin Regan, Jr of Metairie
announce his peaceful passing on Friday, May 19, 2023 at the age of 78.
He will be remembered by his children, Bryant (Jenifer), John III (Nicole); grandchildren
Annabelle (25), Patrick (20), William (17) and John IV “Q” (12); as well as numerous relatives and friends.
John is preceded in death by his beloved wife Fran, Anna May (mother), and John (father).
A Native of New Orleans, JR had a big personality, and an even bigger heart. He took
Immense pride in seeing his two sons grow into loving husbands and doting fathers. His
ultimate joy was his grandchildren, all of whom relished spending time with “BoBo”
Services will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 with a 10:30AM gathering and 11:00AM
