Emile Joseph Roublau, III of Kenner, LA passed away on Monday October 29, 2018 after a brief battle with lung cancer. He was 67. Emile was born in New Orleans on June 7, 1951 to the late Emile J. Roublau Jr. and Clare Prieto Roublau Katz. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Shannon and Amanda Roublau, 3 grandchildren, Justin, Nicholas and Jordan. Brother of Brenda Roublau Sires Perniciaro (Lenny), Clare Roublau Morel (Lee) and the late Johnny Roublau. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Emile served the City of New Orleans which he loved dearly and his passion for the water and fishing was lifelong. A tribute to his life will be private and held at a later date.
