Carmela Sofio Noto passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Noto. Daughter of the late Margaret Pace Sofio and the late Francesco Sofio. Mother of Francesco Noto and the late Anthony Noto (Sharon). Grandmother of Curt Noto (Sabana), Joshua Noto and Daniel Noto. Sister of Seraphina West, the late Frances Barnes, Philomena Sofio, Sebastian Sofio, Joseph Sofio and Toney Sofio. She is also survived by many nieces , nephew, dearest friends, Barbara Faust, Brenda Nash, her caregiver, and Ronnie Livaudais Sr. In lieu of flowers masses are preferred.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor, 2320 Paris Rd., Chalmette, LA. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 12:00 PM.
