Joyce Aucoin
Administrative Assistant

Joyce Imbornone Aucoin has been with Greenwood Funeral Home for 4 ½ years. She assists the Funeral Directors and Receptionist and enjoys every aspect of her job. She graduated from Grace King High School and attended Delgado Community College. She is a current member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. She enjoys entertaining, reading, the New Orleans Saints, and spending time with family and friends.

Margaret Lionnet
Funeral Home Receptionist

Margaret “Peggy” Lionnet started working for Stewart Enterprises at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in 1991. In 1996, she transferred to All Faiths Funeral Home which was renamed to Greenwood Funeral Home after Hurricane Katrina. She attended Mater Dolorosa Catholic School and Alcee Fortier High School. Her main loves are her church, husband and family, the New Orleans Saints, NASCAR, reading and shopping!

Jim Lohan
Funeral Home Manager

James “Jim” Lohan was born and educated in County Galway, Ireland. He studied Philosophy and Theology at St. Patrick’s College in Carlow. In 1973, he came to Louisiana to serve in the Archdiocese of New Orleans. In 2000, he joined the Stewart Family and in 2006 was appointed Manager of Greenwood Funeral Home. He is a member of NFDA and recently joined the Bereavement group of St. Christopher the Martyr Church.

Edward Parrino
Funeral Director

Edward “Ed” Parrino, Sr. has been a funeral director for 2 years. He attended Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Westwego, LA, Jesuit High School in New Orleans, LA, and the University of New Orleans. He is a member of LFDA and NFDA. Ed served as a juvenile probation officer for 34 years; he retired in 2002. He is a choir director, has been an ordained Non-Denominational Minister for 15 years, and a gospel singer for the past 38 years.

Patrick Schoen
Director of Community Relations/ Funeral Director

Patrick is a fifth generation funeral director and has been working in the funeral business for 42 years. He attended Brother Martin High School and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Patrick is a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, NFDA, LFDA, and is a board member of the Firemen’s Charitable and Benevolent Association.
